If you want very strong transactional privacy without giving up sovereignty

No amounts or addresses are visible on Moneros blockchain

If you are coming from the Bitcoin camp no need to go back and forth. Doing that would also be worse for your privacy. Just keep a small stash of Monero that you spend from and top up every once in awhile. The size of stash depends on how often you use it.
Say from some btc, exchange it for xmr, then move it to another xmr subaddress. Later back to btc and of course different amounts, random timing and p2p or DEX (noKYC). How’s this bad for privacy?

One problem would be ending with some tainted btc depending on the DEX.
Yea, that should work to anonymize your BTC (though you are technically no longer private). If you wait before swapping back (hours to days at least), and don't swap back all in the same amount at random times, with different peers/exchanges, using different IPs with a VPN/proxy/Tor you should be good...

Most new to XMR or privacy might think naively swapping to XMR then immediately back helps them, but it doesn't, takes more consideration. That is why I just simply said what I did.
