I wore a bandana over my face in March 2020 and then I turned off all of the M5M. I even stopped listening to NPR! WITHIN A MONTH my mind relaxed and I letgo of a lot of baggage. I'm still letting go every day.

The matrix is also something I'm not so impressed with. I do understand the reference. I've studied Buddhism and Hinduism as well as Christianity, Islam... I see that there are many who are asleep. I also understand that staying awake is part of the process, too. You can have a great revelation and then fall back asleep.
