Encouraging people to treat social media like a full time job seems like a bad idea.
 Exactly.
I expect a social media to be a 5-10 mins thing where I see the content I am genuinely interested in, interact with those notes with my opinions, and check back after 2-3 hours to see the replies, if any.

Instead, right now, I am supposed to discover people on my own (I have done so), even then scroll for a long time through the notes I am not interested in and find the notes that are interesting, there is not topic based filtering.

An analogy here is "coffee breaks" during work, or evening chatter with people to talk about our interests and not be chatting with people throughout the day instead of working and providing value.

Who is solving for this? I want clients that encourage discussions and not content creation for the sake of content creation. The influencers do nothing but just post content 24/7 getting themselves and the crowd dopamine addicted.

Also memes on the topics I am interested in >>>>> memes on topics I am not.
