I largely agree with using mute. I’d be hesitant to try to impose censorship tools etc on nostr, of course.
This is more of my individual ethical and moral take coming into nostr, not a dictation or protocol level arrangement.

Yeah I get it. The real innovation is that were using a protocol and not a platform to have this convention.
So, highlighting the difference for new users and letting them know that they need to use the mute function may need to be in more of our onboarding communication.
