- when you have a community that values hodling over spending, those people will not subscribe.
- having subscriptions available is not a guarantee of success.
- nostr is a long way from being a viable way to earn.

But you can't earn a living on nostr now because the scale is too small. That has nothing to do with the technology though, it has to do with adoption
and attitude I think, so far. in the future it may change. at the moment,the capability is there (creatr) but the audience is lacking.
I disagree. People will pay for what they value. There’s also no reason creators can’t simply charge for their stuff like ticket sales, merch, downloads etc
