Just because your 'dark fantasy' novel has a few deaths, that doesn't make it a dark fantasy.

YOUR DARK FANTASY NOVEL KEEPS RUINING ITSELF WITH SHITTY JOKES AND QUIRKY WRITING AND NEVER LETS ITSELF BE SERIOUS, BRUTAL, OR "REALISTIC" 

 I'm still shocked that I saw people unironically say the Spooks books / chronicle of the star sword are 'Dark Fantasy'.

Everything in it wouldn't even be out of place in your average Isekai.
