 Steel mace work. Showed my wife the basic movements so we could work out together, and now she can watch my 6 when the zombies show up.

 She is. She is very sore today. Right now for the first couple of months I’ve got her just handling it. Doing real simple movements. It is the same as I did when I first got one. It can be really   Awkward in the beginning.

 I just learn a movement or a flow then add it to the routine. I will look up some of the people names I have learned from and send them your way.
