How long have you been doing it for? How long before you felt positive effects? The only downside is can’t drink wine. And I love my wine.
It’s been a little over a month for me now. I started feeling positive effects 5 days into it. More energy. Started loosing some fat stubborn fat that wasn’t going away with exercise. I drink a little wine on Friday night which is cheating a little but it’s all up to the individual how strict you want to be. My head also feels really clear. No afternoon fogginess ya know.
Oh ya very cool. How were the first 5 days?
They were difficult for me. I started on the Lion diet and no alcohol. Just water, beef and salt for seasoning. It was too strict so I transitioned to carnivore on the 6th or 7th day. Introducing all meats and eggs and cheese and most seasonings.
