Give someone you know and trust your coordinates , a pic of you, what you're wearing, what color your tent is, and an estimated time to get back to them so if you don't they can send help in.

 @46553046 Thank you! Honestly, my wife is in no medical condition to rescue me so i’m going to have to get myself out if I don’t improve. I also have an SOS button if really bad. I might be improving, not sure. I’m also along the PCT and a few people are passing by.

That's good you're along the PCT and not some remote hard to find spot. Sorry about your wife. Maybe contacting the sheriff's search and rescue to notify them of your situation and that there may be a possibility of needing help, so they have a head's up and can check back? Hope you are indeed improving. At least the weather is nice (lol eternal optimist)
