Are you trying to sweep to mutiny or another lightning wallet?
I tried both multiple times to multiple nodes and with many different amounts. This issue appears to be the same as mine: https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/issues/1041 I will add to this issue my logs later tonight.

Have you tried sending it to the same federation in the Fedi app and then moving it from there?
