I wouldn't count on it being like that forever. Popular apps will need to segregate content and keep nsfw content away by default. Properly labelling content as and when ways of doing so become common is a way to ensure you reach the audience you want without reaching those that will punish the apps you rely on. But that said, a nsfw focused app is probably a good idea. You don't need to change anything other than what client you recommend, but you publish the same way as before.

I know this may not help but they do have other Android Nostr clients. Plebstr is one. These all serve up Nostr for you and each has its own features. These could be alternatives for you. The network itself still has your notes. Any relay that you decide to use can host your notes and pass them through the network. Any relay that accepts your npub will accept your notes. Hopefully someone who sympathizes with your community will construct a client tailored for you one day wilth all the wishes you hope for.
