I wouldn't count on it being like that forever.

Popular apps will need to segregate content and keep nsfw content away by default.

Properly labelling content as and when ways of doing so become common is a way to ensure you reach the audience you want without reaching those that will punish the apps you rely on.

But that said, a nsfw focused app is probably a good idea. You don't need to change anything other than what client you recommend, but you publish the same way as before.
