Don’t act out of your emotions, or even what you feel is true in the moment. Always remind yourself that your feelings come from your beliefs. Our beliefs define our thoughts, our thoughts are the inner environment that cause the secretion of hormones that reflect to us our beliefs. Hormones are not proof of how your outer environment is, but the inner. Remember, believing is seeing. Not seeing is believing. 🙏 If I practiced this from 10 years ago, life would have been magical much sooner, and I would have suffered less.
