 Not done the article yet, but I feel like this could easily apply to Canada. 

 He says in the video version a bunch of Canadians comment on his tweets because it’s difficult to tell the difference some times. 

 The colonies are good places to run experiments. 

 The motherland is looking like it has its fair share of experiments going on right now as well.
