Get an alarm clock. Don't have your phone in your bedroom.
Good idea. Maybe I'll get an old mechanical one. Don't want a one that lights up. I put my phone on airplane mode. I should not have my phone in my room as I get enough exposure to WiFi, ect. throughout the day
Can't. My body's been my own alarm clock since about 2005. Good luck!
Nice. I can't use the sun as a backup anymore. I usually wake up shortly before my alarm goes off
