This was civil court. The decision itself against him is not about whether he can be imprisoned.  He has to be referred to Crown Prosecution Services for his SUSTAINED, EGGREGIOUS, BRAZEN abuse of the British court system, through forgeries and lies. Don't know if there will be follow-through on that. In the past, he has just fleed the country, and it appears Australia was just glad to be rid of him.
