I think a code test against the Bitcoin source would have been a pretty damning scene. There was a famous case, in the US, where an extremely successful pop art icon was sued by his ex-wife for passing off her paintings as his. The court allowed plaintiff to literally set up an easel and palette and ask the defendant to reproduce the "Big Eyes" style. Turns out he couldn't paint at all. Total fraud.  

 I saw that movie, good story 

 This was civil court. The decision itself against him is not about whether he can be imprisoned.  He has to be referred to Crown Prosecution Services for his SUSTAINED, EGGREGIOUS, BRAZEN abuse of the British court system, through forgeries and lies. Don't know if there will be follow-through on that. In the past, he has just fleed the country, and it appears Australia was just glad to be rid of him.
