PSA: Eating 6 oranges in a day is not healthy, & drinking a glass containing the sugar from 6 oranges is worse. Juice is not, never was, & never will be healthy.
 Delicious though
I’ve been listening to Paul Saladino about this. I’ve been lightly convinced that honey and natural fruit sugars are processed by our body differently than sucrose or high fructose corn syrup. How much is too much is highly dependent on how active we are.

Former carnivore Bitcoiner. (Still bitcoiner but now adds fruit and honey into his meat based diet)
He had a debate/discussion with carnivore doctor Anthony Chaffee on the subject. Worth a listen.
Saladino was a huge liver advocate & I personally had much more trouble with energy when I was trying to incorporate liver. I don't think a piece of fruit here & there is particularly horrible, but I don't think it's particularly healthy either. He recommends drinks with like 60g of sugar & talks about consuming 300g of carbs in a day & I think that will eventually come back to bite him.
Agree with everything stated here ^

Any food that ultimately causes cells to glycate is a net-negative for human physiology. When cells glycate their normal function is impaired and it’s detrimental to the organism.

Paul Salidino wants to create these complicated (fiat-esque) excuses as to why that fundamental reality is not the case, but it really boils down to hand waving and magical thinking. I personally think Paul is a sucrose / fructose junkie who lets his addiction delude the subconscious.
I hope you don't combine meat and sugar
