Agree with everything stated here ^ Any food that ultimately causes cells to glycate is a net-negative for human physiology. When cells glycate their normal function is impaired and it’s detrimental to the organism. Paul Salidino wants to create these complicated (fiat-esque) excuses as to why that fundamental reality is not the case, but it really boils down to hand waving and magical thinking. I personally think Paul is a sucrose / fructose junkie who lets his addiction delude the subconscious.
