Bitrefill had an awesome bill pay service in 2022, but they discontinued it. 

I'm looking for an alternative. Actually, I wish I could use bitrefill again. It was awesome.  

 I used bitrefill literally last week (not in the us) 

 Damn. This country is ass-backwards. 

 if that's the problem it should be easy to use a vpn to get to it from another country 

 I use a VPN, but my water bill uses my home address. VPN's don't fix this. 

 you said bitrefill discontinued the service. with a vpn you should be able to (at least) see the service before entering the bill info. no?
