 I have solar. I need a way to pay that bill.

 I use Strike for my ACH rails.

I bought a cup of coffee for $4.00 with my credit card today. I get 1.5% cash back.

Then I paid 7,300 sats to a BTCpayServer POS using the Strike API. The sats instantly convert to fiat. I send the fiat to my bank once a month and put my credit card on autopay.

I would like a way to cut out the bank all together.

 I tried my damndest to remove the bank around 2021/2022 and couldn’t do it. Bitrefill at one point had a bill pay system where you could pay any bill including your mortgage. They gave up on it for some reason.

 Doesn't Strike have a debit card?  Could have sworn I saw something about it rolling out, but can't find anything on it in the app.

Either them or Fold will likely make removing legacy banks from our lives doable.

 They scrapped the debit card. But PayWithMoon just came back with a product and The Bitcoin Company Visa cards are also great

 Bitrefill had an awesome bill pay service in 2022, but they discontinued it. 

I'm looking for an alternative. Actually, I wish I could use bitrefill again. It was awesome.

 you said bitrefill discontinued the service. with a vpn you should be able to (at least) see the service before entering the bill info. no?
