 wtf, Mcd had milk? 😂
 Still do, chocolate too
Never seen that in my local maccies
Where I'm from McDonald's has beer on the menu. I assumed that's the case all over the world, but turns out it's an Austria/Germany thing mostly lol
 Civilization
weird, having cravings for two things, and one was fettucine alfredo and one was mcds
I will get my health back
Wow those are good prices, also now it's like "Oreo Carmel Skittles M&MS Coffee flavored Mcflury" lol
And was real food at the time including tallow in the deep fryers
Nah.. you can still get all that mess there. 😜
Well.. maybe not the ice cream from what I’ve heard. 😂
And we are taking it back through bitcoin!
 Never forget https://image.nostr.build/26fed8a05905901a74b6dfa044133c2b87e0743b1b20e7086fdf52a2fcf15ffa.png

I will say BMI is a sh!tcoin metric though especially if you have some muscle on you
Your BMI comment isn’t untrue, but this isn’t a population of bodybuilders/athletes because…well…America.
America: home of the crave, land of the diseased.
The USDA introduced the food pyramid in 1992. This is what millenials were taught in school was a healthy and nutritious diet https://i.nostr.build/G9qQ.gif
 Whoops.
I feel stupid but I didn't know what tallow was.
Look into high-fructose corn syrup. Lookup Robert Lustig, who gives a detailed explanation on how fructose sugars are different from glucose sugars, and how they are processed in the digestive system and its consequences.
 Colorado for the win
I grew up in the 80’s. Big Mac was the bomb. Also was real meat at the time.
And they fried their french fries in tallow instead of engine lubricant.
 💯💯
I’m mad as hell that triple is no longer spelled with two Ps.
The money did lose value, but apparently the difference in cost, adjusted for inflation is not all that different:

According to https://www.dollartimes.com/inflation/inflation.php?amount=0.65&year=1971

Adjusted for inflation, $0.65 (for a Big Mac) in 1971 is equal to $5.01 in 2024. According to Google, "As of July 2023, the average price of a Big Mac in the United States is $5.17."

So the bigger difference must be the shrinkflation.
Bitcoiners want the higher wages that come with inflation but not the higher expenses. Having a cake and eating it too. What do you have to offer for them.
What is sadly overlooked is the cheap substitution of certain ingredients which are generally less than ideal for our health. Not to mention the preservatives to keep their products competitive.
 They can keep that shit.
I miss $1.80/hr wages. I just earn way too much these days.
 Insane
I get your point, but they can keep the CAFO beef.
 I don't see a double quarter pounder.
We know what to do. ✨
It’s even worse gigi, the portion size also shrinked.
They can keep their Root beer 🍺 🤣
 🤮

I used to threaten my kid with McDs if she was naughty. I wouldn't have done it, but the threat was there.
 They is You.
Actually, that's more like how they convinced you they DIDN'T take anything from you...
Replacing food that would demonstrate that your currency had lost value, for 'food' that was cheap.
That was garbage anyway but I get your point.
 Take it back with McNukes!!
They can just remove the dots and reuse it in a year or two.
