 Decide on a cpu and gpu in your budget for the gaming pc and make sure they match up/don’t bottleneck each other or your wasting money in one direction or the other. 

Get it built at a local pc shop if you can’t build on your own. Beyond those 2 parts the rest doesn’t matter and they will build it to match those

 unrelated @WoodhavenOrchards I tried to Zap you and it says failed to return invoice. i wonder if your lightning address is setup? do you use Alby ?
