@The: Daniel⚡️ Make it happen! 🗽
I seriously wonder how many people we could get for this. Pubkey is pretty small, we’ll need a bigger venue. @AviBurra @Steve it’s brainstorm time.
Competition has begun…. Which region is bringing the heat? https://i.nostr.build/Llnm.jpg
wen nostr meet-up template and toolkit 💜 let’s make it easier for nostriches to bootstrap such events faster with less stress on where to start 🤗

Start by meeting up at a casual meetup. Find your strengths within your region. Chat it up. Brainstorm. My personal goal is not about making it a hackathon, a dev deal, but more of a social collaboration. Make it FUN. Everything else will fall into place. We have all the best people.
Don’t be a replicator! 🤣 I think diversity within creativity will shine through region to region. 🤙🏻
that’s a really good point, cultures vary and so does “fun” and “cool”
Yes. I think a template would be a disservice. We are ungovernable. Why follow rules now? 😜
💜 wonderfully put “fun” is probably the biggest one out of all of them
Washington Square park is right next door and that’s where Pomp hosted Bitcoin Pizza day. We could meet there and head to Pubkey… although tbh I think we’re still a small enough community that we could probably fit in @PUBKEY's back room as long as it’s reserved for us.
Ah yes, the place where I used to buy my weed.
PubKey capacity is 120 easily fits 60+ in the back room. Previous Nostr events we've hosted pulled 30ish.
We could probably make that work, but I still feel like an alternate venue for this would be a good idea to have.
The more the merrier. We'll do one.
Alright, let’s make it happen!
I heard about a bitcoin museum on broadway uptown?
I haven’t heard of it. Where?
Dunno, someone saw me wearing a Bitcoin pin, and they mentioned it to me. Somewhere in the hundreds on Broadway.
The only thing I know up there is Silicon Harlem, which is full of shitcoinery.
