 If I can offer some advice: 

1.  Walk early and walk often. 
2.  Practice your fuel plan.
3.  IMO - Time on feet > mileage 
4.  If you have a crew, incorporate them into your training and give them an aid station checklist to go through.
5.  Change socks/shoes as needed (I only did one change on a 100 miler, probably should have done one more).

 I think I've grokked #3,  but I'm sure I'll have a hard time on race day. #4  is great advice. 
 You'll be good!  Just keep moving forward.
