Apologies, I should have been clearer. Blossom servers may or may not support NIP-96 - They are separate implementations of media servers that can work with Nostr. One such implementation of Blossom that does support NIP-96 is @Kieran's Route96. For NIP-96 servers, check out: https://github.com/quentintaranpino/NIP96-compatible-servers
