I'm playing to the American Republican, influenced by the Tommy Robinson stories of British muslim immigrants rape gangs in the UK that many American conservatives believe (I remain undecided) in order to make a point. Sorry if I offended you. I often take other people's assumptions to make points harder for them to argue against, and I don't really worry about the implication that it has on what people think of me (I don't care much about me, I care about the innocent). But do you not believe that women are at risk of rape, whereas men are not? As a man I have zero fear of being raped. My point was to put the "horrific things that Iran inflicts on its people" into perspective. Enforcing a hijab rule is bad, and I'm against it, but it is not something that the world goes in and bombs the Islamic regime in order to liberate people from.... when they won't bomb Israel to liberate Palestine from wonton slaughter. If I were a woman in Islam, I'd put up with the hijab right now because Israel is about to collapse and I would not want to detract from that important geopolitical effort.
