So 🥓 in the oven... temperature? Time?
 low and slow
Really? I was thinking something like 220c / 428 F and maybe 10 min? I usually fry the bacon with the eggs but want to try oven made.
oh, you're right -- low and slow is for the iron skillet -- sorry 🙃
 I went for:
Heating the oven to 220c
Turning it down to 180c
Let the bacon sit for 10 minutes.

It was perfect!
good to know! looked perfect. I love beans for breakfast.. 🤤
Me too! Though other people in the vicinity might disagree 💨 😜
We used to go out for early morning water skiing (like 5 am when the lake is smooth like glass). Often we'd return hours later and our mom would have a huge breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, homemade bread/toast, and a vat of real baked beans. Those were the days!
Sounds like you had a great time! make the good times great again!
 smooth as glass/gr8 4 skiing/fond memories & t-y freeborn
I found something online that has worked for me. Put bacon on baking sheet (optionally on a rack on the baking sheet for extra crispness). Put in oven. Set to 425. By the time it is heated to the temperature, the bacon should be done depending on thickness.
 bacon in the oven??

 From cold, 30m @ 350F.

(Plus or minus based on your ovens efficiency, altitude, etc.)
Thank you! I found a good temperature and the 🥓 came out perfect
