I went for: Heating the oven to 220c Turning it down to 180c Let the bacon sit for 10 minutes. It was perfect!

We used to go out for early morning water skiing (like 5 am when the lake is smooth like glass). Often we'd return hours later and our mom would have a huge breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, homemade bread/toast, and a vat of real baked beans. Those were the days!
