对于现代人来说,“喊累”似乎成了一种常态。其实总是觉得累的人,可能并不是因为懒。临床上,同时满足3个条件就可诊断为慢性疲劳综合征:
①身体出现疲劳大于6个月且伴随活动量下降;
②运动或劳累后难以恢复且不适感超过24小时;
③睡眠质量差(表现为难以入睡、睡后易醒或醒后仍觉疲惫乏力)。

除上述主要症状外,有头痛、咽痛、肌肉酸痛、不红肿的关节痛、淋巴结痛、记忆力差或注意力不集中等,经脑CT、心电图、胸片、血常规、血生化等多项检查未发现异常,也可考虑到慢性疲劳综合征专病门诊进行就诊。
