 Tip

Do not use sunscreen in summer, sunscreen is poison and is what causes skin cancer, both for its composition in some cases, as for the habits that favors, ie the failure to adapt to the change of seasonal solar radiation.

The skin is made to be exposed to the sun, there are hundreds of thousands of years of adaptation, only now they want to sell you that sun protection is necessary even to go out to buy bread.

Use common sense, in summer you burn because the sun's rays arrive more perpendicular, and because the composition of ultraviolet radiation also changes, in summer UVB radiation predominates while in winter UVA radiation predominates.

You know what the problem is? that during the spring you continue without sunbathing and your skin does not adapt. So go out and sunbathe during spring and forget about putting on crappy sunscreen.

Your skin and your health will thank you, the sun is life.

The more sun exposure the less risk of disease, because vitamin D strengthens your immune system and also your bone health.

Don't believe me? look at what your dog does every day while you are locked indoors with artificial light. Your dog is instinctively sunbathing all the time, the sun is good.
 Facts. 🤙
I’ve used sunscreen 3 times in my life, the last time was 2 days ago after being in the sun all day the day before.

I hate the stuff and brown easily.
 Big facts
Any opinions on the potential health affect of Bluetooth?
I could not give an opinion, I have never stopped to study it.
Also sunglasses dismantle the body's natural protections from the sun by dampening signals from the body's most important photoreceptors.
Have you ever seen a dog with sun burn?
People who work outside ie farmers/ fishermen get less melanoma. They are probably protected by having higher vitamin D levels.
Bingo, weak immune system = cancer
Polyunsaturated fats in seed oils/ processed foods most important factor in cancer.
 💯
More or less depending on skin melanin concentrations. Listen to your body, it will let you know what is right for you!
cut out seed oils to stop burning
The same can be said of sunglasses.
Thousands of years of adaptations, unless your recent ancestors or you yourself, moved to a different latitude on the planet. Then the angle of the suns rays could be outside what your adaptations expected. Ancestors also probably didn’t have the leisure time to be sun bathing or doing other leisure activities that people put sun screen on for in the summer. I don’t know many people that would prefer the direct sun in summer over the shade of a tree on a clear day. I expect that Depending on your ancestry, they probably have lived during a time of greater tree cover. Just some ideas.
I’m extremely Irish and fair skinned. If I want to enjoy the beach during the summer, I have to wear sunblock. I’ve suffered enough severe sunburns. It’s not worth it. Give me the sunblock
It's the seed oils, not your genetics.
Missing: seed oil consumption is disrupts the ability to tolerate and leverage the sun for health.
