Happy Monday 🌞

On Sunday I pursued my new-found hobby for the second time...it's actually more than a hobby...it's medicine for my body 💜
My teacher took a photo at the end of the deep workshop...pure relaxation 🫠 This type of yoga is called areal yoga and this time it was close to the floor. Lots of stretching for the whole body, also a bit of muscle training, especially to give all organs space and to stretch the fascia in the body. 
I am loving it (and I am not a yogi at all...) 🤸🏼‍♀️💫 🧘‍♀️ I can only recommend it if you like stretching and moving playfully!

That looks... Uncomfortable for me. I'm not that flexible or accustomed to anything like that.  
 Haha 😂 I know that this is not everyone’s favorite position. But believe me, you don’t have to be to flexible for this. There are many different options to accommodate the body to personalize the well being of each participant.  
 That's cool. 😊 
 I'm just not the type for monotonous sport. Neither fitness, nor jogging, nor swimming...it all gets boring too quickly for me. I like to play...either ping pong, badminton or now aerial yoga ☺️ 
 I'm pretty OK at ping pong and enjoy badminton. 😅

I understand staying away from monotonous activities. But... That's much of my work, so, I'm used to it.  
 oh i play ping pong almost everyday, fun sport 
 Next time you are in MN, I challenge you to a being ok at ping-pong contest. I once went to a table-tennis club and discovered that while I am quite good at ping-pong, I am cannon fodder at table tennis. 
 First time.
