 It’s not one size fits all / all or nothing. Therapy can be a valuable tool used alongside all the other things mentioned. Talking and delving inwards with a trained outside perspective (a good one that is, there are plenty of shitty therapists out there) can be very helpful. And I question everything with skepticism: government, media, and men who think they are the epitome of mental health πŸ˜πŸ––
