Trump wins and the democrats seek vengeance for funding trump. 

Either way you slice it politically, the fight is on.

 Someone on the Tom Woods podcast recently outlined how this might be possible. He gave it a pretty low chance but talked through the steps. Kind of interesting.

But given the DNC's willingness to bend/break pretty much every rule - idk. If the election had to be decided by the House, I think the party would find a way to thwart that and would effectively sell their moves (no matter how immoral or unconstitutional) via the media.

 I like to root for the underdog!!The reactions towards Trump from the opposition are worth noting… The hate from basically every news station, The BS lawsuits and convictions, the attempted assassination, the news and social companies covering up said assassination.. they have tried so hard to discredit him with no avail for a billionaire to put up with all of that to just steer our country forward has to be respected!!IMHO 
 I used to be fully infected with TDS. Once I recovered, the attacks from the media started looking crazy and then really dangerous. 
At this point the fact that the establishment hates Trump is pretty much the best thing he has going for him IMHO.

But... he's strongly linked to Thiel (even before choosing Vance, and especially now) and has some pretty disturbing takes on things like police immunity. And he loves spending! 
 I had to come to terms with the realization that the Democratic Party and the whole establishment are completely corrupt. And that none of the things they said about trump were true. 
But after all that is seen, there are still some glaring character flaws in Trump that are concerning. Blind spots being my chief concern

Who knows what actually happened, but I can totally imagine Jamie Dimon saying something positive about Trump and that being enough. "He's a good guy, one of the best. So smart, so smart." And just like that, one of the worst of the establishment becomes Secty of the Treasury. 
 I feel my decade long foray into caring deeply about politics waning. I want to see some serious crimes be paid for, some houses on fire, and remorse in some eyes. 
Beyond that, I’m getting into writings from times of transition. Post fall of Rome, thinkers like Isidore of Seville, what enabled the renaissance…
And how to live a sovereign life.
There is something soul bleeding about too much political.

Get enough typical Dem/left voters to open their eyes on bitcoin and stop believing Liz Warren’s lies, that’s better too 
 To be frank I have no confidence you guys will be able to reform a belligerent group of oligarchs hell bent on destroying American democracy and values. 
 Bitcoin is outlaw money of the base of the pyramid up…government policy toward Bitcoin is only marginally relevant. We only worry about it here because we’ve all had the cosmic luxury of never or very rather being in situations requiring using tools outside of the system 
 Also, I focus on orange pilling individual democrats / leftists / whatever label you want call it. Breaking through climate hypocrisy is easy - if someone is truly concerned about climate they can be lead to bitcoin in relatively short order. 

However if they have accepted the death cult of anti-natalism, anti-civilizationism, nihilism, and 2+2=5 anti-truth, you probably cannot help them. They will ultimately have to free themselves. And not everyone will make it and that’s ok… 
 You talking about Dems or GOP? Bc they both trying in different ways lol

Anyway. I know dog. I genuinely believe bitcoin will win either way.

I think it’s an issue by issue conversation, and also depending on personal beliefs and politics. At some point it’s also a lot of agree to disagree. 

There has not been unilateral dem control like that. Depends on context - branch of govt, state or federal, judges, issue, etc. 
 People also exist in their echo chambers and love to see even small bits of information that supports their already formed views. True objective conversation on the matter is incredibly difficult because the “thought leaders” would never budge 
 Only one of these things is true. You can both sides it all you want, but it doesn’t make it accurate. 
 Of the five or six levers of power that control how the world works, there hasn't been a right wing hand on any of them in the western world since FDR first took the oath of office. 
 Third scenario is People WTFU and vote for RFK Jr.

 I may sit out this national election (for the first time in my life). The whole thing feels so broken that I just don't want to add my energy to it.

I have tremendous respect for RFK and have loved his courage in CHD for a long while. But somehow he's not making the connection between the money printer and the size of govt. I'm not quite sure why, but he seems to think that we just need more govt to clean up the mess that govt has largely created. And his stance on Israel is disheartening. 

I'm open to being convinced otherwise, so have at it if you are so inclined. I genuinely like the guy, which is more than I can say for just about everyone for whom I have actually pulled the lever. 
 I can only give you my thought process and thinking in hopes this just may  ignite or renewed a spark in you.

First I think, it's their game plan to make us feel the system is broken so we just give up and they win.  Well, actually they have already won but I feel it's my duty to peacefully attempt to reverse the current  extreme governmental overreach.

Two things happen recently that has gotten me off the sidelines.   The handling of COVID and losing my job because I refused the JAB.  Now my attitude is get off my ass and try to make a difference. 

The thing that attracts me to RFK  is he has demonstrated to me he has integrity.  I don't agree fully with his stance on Israel either because I think Israel knew the attack was coming and let it happen so they could justify their current responses.  They were taking a page out of  war mongering  handbook.

My sense of duty is inspired from this text in the Declaration of Independence.

"We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—-That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government"

I would replace Men with People so it's gender neutral.  I would also change the last phrase to: 'Right of the People' to 'Duty of the People'.

If my only choice was one of theuniparty candidates, I would likely vote for Trump or simply not vote and join the civil war movement.

What ever you choose to do, I hope you always strive to make a better place for the generations to come. 
 Thank you for such a thoughtful response! I found the covid handling so appalling that I left a good life to start from scratch on raw land. Much of what my husband I do here - permaculture, community, work choices - is geared toward making this world, or at least our corner of the world, better for future generations. So I'm with you fully on that. I've also come to believe that there are areas in which we do have power to reverse the current extreme governmental overreach: in the communities we build, the systems we support, the money we use. 

What I'm not sure of is whether voting is one of those.

If I had to choose it would be RFK, probably mostly because of his intelligence and personal integrity. This is how I see it: DNC choice will happily sell us out to the highest bidder, Trump can be manipulated into doing so, and RFK might actually put up a fight before conceding. I do wonder if his stance on Israel is an example of him conceding.

In 2020 I held my nose and voted for Biden, thinking him the lesser of two evils (ha!) and also betting that once Dems were in charge maybe they would calm down about covid (haha!!!). I was so wrong, and I regret my vote. I don't think it would have been much better to vote for Trump, so I am inclined to think that it would have been better to just not participate.

In any case, I appreciate your note and may re-read it before November.

 I came to the exact same realization recently. I don't think the balkanization effect that is happening can be undone. My family is making arrangements to relocate from CA as soon as possible. Either way the election swings, the draconian measures will double-down.
