Maybe those clients have flagged it as spam? Looking at that account I would probably guess it was spam

 You logged in with your public key (starts with npub) instead of your private key (starts with nsec).

 Looks like I’m wrong. Their follow list got messed up. See others replies from the original note. 

 Yeah, noticed after as well. Interestingly Damus First Aid fixed it. 

 It just means it couldn’t find a contact list. It’s pretty dangerous to create a new one randomly, so we only show first aid when damus can’t find one. 

 I really want incremental list change events to happen to avoid this problem altogether.

 Thanks. I have logged in with the nsec. I just tested and I was able to post a note with Nostur. I wouldn't be able to do that if I had logged in with the npub only

 as a workaround you can follow someone by tapping on the 3 dots on one of their posts and then follow from the menu.

It’s related to not nuking someones follow list when existing follow list cant be found 

 if you open the account in damus you can use the first aid feature in settings to fix it

 Its mostly because you don't have a follow list and clients are too scared to create a follow list due to the risk of overwriting an old follow list they couldn't find  

 I had the same problem all day. Couldn’t follow anyone back. But I’m new to nostr and wasn’t sure if I’m just being a noob.

The solution that worked for me: add more (good) relays. Now that I use about 10-15 relays the following works◡̈
