 @dabe0ad5 @efa2e20e same with my wife. She took it to help with some arthritis but after a about six months, gave up on it because she felt that it wasn’t doing anything for her. Maybe it’s one of those things that will vary from person to person🤷🏻‍♂️

I have found that to be true. My wife who is polish/Czech finds that it works. For me, of Latin/Spanish descent, changing to a keto and carnivore diet worked. She can't sustain that as she likes potatoes and pasta. 

I like steak, so it works for me
