I flipped homes here and owned and sold my other properties. Prop 13 has kept California affordable for anyone who has grown up and lived here. I agree with some of your points. But most as soft as baby 💩. Crime/school/local legislation you can find problems with state to state, besides guns and Newsom being a greedy terrible cunt your other points don’t matter much in regards to being California special/specific problems. 

 Housing regulations are the result of fiat nonsense and overreach by "the state." I believe that they should be entirely abolished.
