you can upload anywhere and post it as a link and nostr clients will render it. nostr relays themselves only store text, content is stored on media servers which could be google drive or anything. 

 Thanks for your message. I have messaged them but no response. I just have seen some posts show only a link, not rendered, so I figured it wouldn’t always show the video. Important for it to be visible and playable right in the feed
