Yes. Blocking here doesn’t exist. If I mute you, you can still see my posts and I can still choose to see yours. On Bluesky if I were to block you, not only would I appear to not exist to you, but any posts you had written as replies to me or tagging me would be removed from your feed as if you had never posted them. It’s basically a form of censorship where other random people can hide your posts so even you can’t see them. 

 seems broken imo. people block for all kinds of reasons, that version leaves no room for recovery. maybe they'll reconsider it.

 The only fork Bluesky needs is the one you stick in it after it’s done cooking.
