The value is the same though. I totally agree, Fiat is doomed. But if no one accepts bitcoin for a house, and I exchange into dollars to buy the house, it's just like a medium. In this situation I'm saying get the dollars and nearly immediately get the house. The dollars themselves have no value.
That's the beauty of it. #Bitcoin leverages and attracts human greed and selfishness like a black hole. The thing is, it has a tremendous success rate at spitting out changed people on the other side once the process is finished. It effectively harnesses some of our worst characteristics and turns it into real good for the network and the whole world.

Sadly this is also something a psychopath would say to get gullible people to buy his bags. Everybody has to miss the train a dozen times before they jump on board for mostly greed but greed is just a Trojan horse to get them to dig deeper. If they don't dig deeper and sell it all for fiat - add it to the list of trains missed. Everybody will buy sats eventually.
