I make a steak salad: steak, red onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce. In the USA, black n blue salads are super popular, at least in my house. Steak and Bleu cheese are two great pairings. I made this kind of salad for dinner.

The higher-end store near my work slaps 50% stickers on the steaks on Wednesdays/ Thursdays then they go in the freezer.

Gazpacho is a chilled tomato soup with finely minced veggies. (Some people make it different) Bleu cheese dressing is Bleu cheese in a creamy dressing for salads. I'm just eating salad dressing but treating it like a summer cold soup.
