Gazpacho is a chilled tomato soup with finely minced veggies. (Some people make it different)

Bleu cheese dressing is Bleu cheese in a creamy dressing for salads. 

I'm just eating salad dressing but treating it like a summer cold soup.  

 oh nice, i think i might have even had gazpacho then, had no idea it was called that 💜🤦‍♂️

still curious about bleu cheese and interested in trying it 

 It's super stinky and moldy, it's an intense flavor.
