To send if there is an option. But to receive there is no way that I know, it depends on the user who #zaps my note if he sends it anonymously, private or public. 

 On Primal I have zaps show up with no information about who or where they came from.  Not complaining, but ...

 I don't think we have anonazaps on Primal yet. Damus and Amethest, yes, but not Primal. 

 If in damus it exists but the one who sends zap to a note decides, the one who receives there is no way. Everyone can see how many sats
