 This is awesome news. This is going to be looked upon like the China mining ban, as one of the most catastrophic own goals in the history of government incompetence. 

 Can they do anything right these days? 

 I flip flop on how intelligent governments really are. Sometimes they seem so coordinated and powerful, other times they do the absolute dumbest shit ever (like this).
