Cities like Glasgow and Eddin-bro are great in June/July and I've always wanted to go to the Fringe Festival but that's late August, always the start of school year here.
@99b9ed46 @0e241662 Hold on a minute Edinburgh is generally dry, like not dry like you lunatics who all live uncomfortably close to the equator have it, but dry. The Netherlands is practically on the surface of the sun, never mind Spain 😂 Edinburgh is a cracker in Sept/Oct. Still a bit of light, if you get a dry spell, it’s bone-chillingly cold but it’s a proper riot of autumn leaves and sandstone. And there’s nothing like taking the scarf off as you get into some of the bars.
