 i keep deleting it but it doesn't delete 

 That's wild. I just cleared like 2.7gb of cache and I definitely noticed a performance improvement. But I dunno, your miles may vary. 

 Likely the cache. Go to the app settings, click on storage, then click empty cache.

Do NOT empty the data, as that will kill your nsec, too. 😅

 when you clear the cache, it goes to zero, but if i exit the app setting and go back in, its the same number

You may need to uninstall and reinstall it.
