 @🌲Hidden🌲 @gav @John Paul Grips swimming really helps for movement if you have a pool in your city. You move every part of your body in water.  Swim backward, forward, dive ,move legs, stretch in water.

 Swimming really gives strong legs though. If you swim a lot you get strange looking legs like a frog
