I don't argue to not start this project on nostr at all but the data ... Wikipedia is a giant treasure trove of indisputably valuable content that I bet will get copied in by some bot at some point anyway, just to pre-fill the pedia with something to grow from. Why re-invent all that content?

idk if you have been noticing that this "source of truth" expression has been popping up everywhere on the internet in tech and dev circles, like, i saw it on the Netbox readme it's not that there is no truth that there is no HUMAN CONTROLLED source of truth bitcoin comes close to being a source of truth about itself because it's basically impossible to alter the record, everything else is an opinion axioms are also decentralised, they don't need an authority either, you simply can't refute them without contradicting yourself "source of truth" is just a new spook synonym for authority
