You could apply the same argument to biological evolution, each new species is just a remix of the old. Yet somehow they magically improve and most stuff alive today does not look like an amoeba. All original information, whether it's genes or memes, comes from the quantum field of the universe. I don't argue to not start this project on nostr at all but the data ... Wikipedia is a giant treasure trove of indisputably valuable content that I bet will get copied in by some bot at some point anyway, just to pre-fill the pedia with something to grow from. Why re-invent all that content?
