"was jailed at Birmingham Crown Court on Thursday after PLEADING GUILTY to publishing written material to stir up racial hatred."

she pled guilty...

if you dont fight you will lose.
I didn't see that part when looking it up. Probably a form of coercion. They wanted to make examples of these people, she is just one of many people who got prison for tweeting.

White British with patriotic sentiment = far right racist
 either way...
You're not wrong, but once they had their targets set she was fucked either way
impossible to say as she did not fight...

 there are more out there...

the problem is that people are ignorant and brainwashed and always afraid...

ALL of these activities are ILLEGAL, and thus they are "enforced" by extralegal methods - threatening airlines with exhorbitant fines for allowing untested, unvaxxed people onto flights into US was one... the use of main street businesses to enforce masks was another...

it goes on and on bro...

narrow is the gate and few are they...
I think a lot of it depends on the jurisdiction someone is in. We agree that these things are completely unlawful, but I feel like the corruption runs too deep at this point. Not always, but it's a huge gamble on resources and time, especially when even the judges are weaponized against us with their bias, or tasked with performing for the circus.

I feel like all those people were screwed no matter what, because it was an op setup to demonize any 'patriots' in the country, so they had to be made examples of one way or another. You know, much like the J6ers were.

She should have fought though, no disagreement from me. Even if she got a tougher sentence as a result.
 this is somewhat circular...

the reason we lost the courts is because we failed to claim and use them. more of the same = more of the same.

and again, most people LOVE absolving themselves of responsibility, and the government's overreach is just filling that hole. its a two-way highway to hell.

its not necessarily malicious if the people are incompetent and party to it...

salvation is personal. both spiritual and legal... https://image.nostr.build/7bd8bb8f4370babbbd5c1fc50941f1884ad865a5e477ae5f87bd73ea89696057.jpg
 and yeah its about jurisdiction.

but jurisdiction, as far as the courts, is based on presumption...

most do not challenge those presumptions(they dont know such presumptions exist nor that they can be challenged nor how to go about that by establishing the proper record with the state) and if you do not challenge the implicit presumptions then you concur...
